Life Guidance only when you are ready

Life-Works! Life Guidance in simple steps if, and only if you are ready for it.

Yes it does mostly when you are in the flow so to speak. Sometimes though it feels as if everything is going against you! Do you stop and ask why is this happening to me? What is your answer? Do you fully understand that as you think, you design everything, everything in your life? You create your reality in each moment. Only when you can take that on board can you really start to make your life work.

So where to start?

Think gently, how would you like your life to be? What has your thinking produced so far and is it what you really want or would you prefer something better?

Simple ways are offered so that you can let go of the dross of life.

When someone says to you this is your life, and you have created it this way, you say don't be ridiculous why would I create this chaos?

So how can you change what is going on around you?

How do you create your own happiness ? :-)

Do you want to be happy or do you gain something by being unhappy? (It's not such a daft question - you may gain attention by being miserable or ill).

Life is about what you feel inside. In each moment you are creating your own reality. The Universal energy that is within you and outside of you has an intelligence that is also magnetic.

Whatever you put your focus on is exactly what you attract to yourself - tenfold!

Perhaps you don't intenionally mean to focus on what's wrong in your life but because you do think about it, you can only attract more of the same.

To change the results of your thinking, you do need to recognise what you put your focus on and ask yourself, am I happy thinking like this?

Step 1.

· To begin the change you must start with yourself, even if you think someone else is making you unhappy.

· Recognise where your focus is, notice what aggravation is going on in your mind

Step 2.

· Change your attitude and take responsibility for yourself

  • Stop whining (sounds harsh I know) in your head and to others; start looking for what's right in your life.
  • Stop focusing on what's wrong, be strong and say today is the new beginning, it starts here and now. Start to focus on the good things in your life and notice how it feels.

Step 3.

· Start a gratitude journal

Step 4.

  • Take out some time for yourself, just a few minutes to sit quietly, walk in nature, or do something that has real meaning for you each day. Write down how you feel after doing this.

Step 5.

  • You are a spiritual being, which means you have many spiritual abilities that you may be unaware of.
  • You can help yourself to heal with your intention alone. Your intent is what makes your changes, keep your intent on what you really want, visualise it, feel it, do it every day.
  • When your intent is consciously used it will keep you focused on the positive aspects in your life.
  • Use your abilities to help you to move into a more positive vibration, a foundation on which to build your new adventure with your life.

Step 6.

  • Read and listen to anything that is positive, with angels, personal/spiritual growth, or self-help books and Cds. Be around people who energise you.

Step 7.

· Try to be in the moment more, be actively conscious in whatever you are doing, rather than worry about the next job that needs your attention, etc.

· Be aware of the subtle changes that are happening in your life.

These 7 steps will change your life, as simple as they are, try it and see.
